Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that the item:Has not been usedIs in its original packagingIs in the same condition as received

2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:Sale or clearance itemsCustomized or made-to-order products (if applicable)

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
support@frequentseat.miamiCustomers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by Frequent Seat.

4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence.
